The dedicated kitchen team invites gourmets to embark on a fine dining journey through the tastes of haute cuisine. The Prague hotel restaurant Le Papillon serves a wide selection of modern, seasonal fare prepared dishes - using fresh, top-quality ingredients and accompanied by a select assortment of fine wines.
During the summer, guests can enjoy their dining experience on the garden terrace offering panoramic views. Extras such as children’s menus or private dinners with personal service by our chef de cuisine highlight the hotel’s philosophy of giving our guests the most valuable thing of all: time, space and service.
Guests especially appreciate the relaxed atmosphere of the elegant library and 24-hour lobby bar – a fantastic environment of elegance and English style with comfortable leather armchairs. Asparagus Festival – Dive into the essence of spring at restaurant Le Papillon

During the Asparagus Festival, from 29 April until 19 May 2013, you can enjoy a spring delicacy in our lovely restaurant Le Papillon, presented by our creative Chef de Cusine Martin Sevit.
Try creamy asparagus soup with sour cream and beetroot chip followed by grilled salmon steak with boiled Mělník asparagus, hollandaise sauce and herb potatoes. Strawberry tartar with bits of green asparagus and asparagus ice cream is a perfect ending of this special spring menu for 490,- CZK.
