- at the hotel: through in-house and external trainings or through the acceptance of new tasks and responsibilities.
- Company-wide: through the extensive training offer of our VI Academy.
- Long-term: through structured talent management that offers employees the opportunity to develop further within the Vienna International Hotelmanagement group.

Regular performance appraisal interviews help to jointly define which strengths are to be developed and which measures are best suited to ensure the desired development.
